At KroyKotha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience, we kindly ask you to review our return policy before placing an order.
Product Issues at the Time of Unboxing
If you notice any issue such as damage, defect, or wrong product immediately after opening the package, please capture clear photos or videos as proof and contact our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department right away.

Decision on Return, Replacement, or Refund
Based on discussion and verification, our CRM Department will decide whether the product will be exchanged, replaced, payment adjusted, or refunded.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- For electronic items, a replacement guarantee of up to 15 days from the date of delivery is available only for defective or non-functional products.
- Complaints made after the mentioned time periods will not be accepted.
Product Verification After Return
If a returned product is examined and found to be free from any defect, the product will be sent back to the customer following the standard delivery policy.
In this case, both return and delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Used or swatched products
- Liquid or semi-liquid products
- Clearance sale items
- Products returned due to change of mind
- Products disliked due to smell, texture, color, design, or personal preference
- Products with broken seals or items returned because they do not suit the customer
Wrong Order Placed by Customer
If a customer mistakenly orders the wrong product, exchange may be allowed.
In such cases:
- The customer must bear the return shipping cost and re-delivery cost.
- Final approval will depend on product type, exchange complexity, and management decision.
Conditions for Returning a Product
When returning a product, the customer must include:
- Original invoice
- Original product box
- Intact and undamaged packaging (where applicable)
- Unused and original-condition product
Exchange Processing Time
Once the CRM team approves an exchange request, the handover and pre-processing steps must be completed within 3 days from the agreed date.
How to Send the Product & Delivery Charges
- For both inside and outside Dhaka, product pickup will be arranged through a third-party courier service coordinated by our CRM Department.
- Under applicable conditions, customers will not be charged for pickup.
- Pickup may take up to 7 working days.
- After the product reaches our facility, exchange delivery may take up to another 7 working days.
